The ADC has an Appeals Policy for the various aspects of the assessment process. This section applies to the initial eligibility assessment of an applicant’s qualifications, education, work experience, and associated documents to determine eligibility to undertake the ADC examinations that potentially lead to registration.
Candidates may request a review of the assessment outcome and/or administrative process relating to the way in which the eligibility assessment was undertaken.
A written application for a review should be forwarded to the ADC, together with the nominated fee*, within 28 days of receiving the notification of the assessment outcome. The application must be substantiated with supporting documentation or statements. Candidates should refer to the ADC Appeals Policy for the Assessment of Qualifications for further information.
The ADC reserves the right to change its assessment procedures. Candidates should check the ADC website http://www.adc.org.au for information.
