Meet the team: Helena Ehrensberger

Helena Ehrensberger
Administration and Candidate Support Officer

Q. Tell us a little about your role at the ADC.

A.  In my role I assist candidates during the whole ADC process, answer their enquiries and help with their initial assessment application.
I also help different teams such as the assessment team, the finance team and the accreditation team. For the latter, I assist in organising
the accreditation site visits and arranging travels for all assessors and staff.

Q. How long have you worked at the ADC?

A. 1 year.

Q. What is the most rewarding part of your job?

A.  As the ADC examination process can be challenging, I often talk and respond to candidates who are under pressure. However,
when I can assist candidates with a difficult query or help them understand our requirements and procedures more clearly, it is
rewarding to give them peace of mind, assure them that we do care about their individual ADC journey and want them to succeed.

Q. What are you looking forward to in your current role?

A. From next year, my current role will be changing a bit, and I am very excited to take on new tasks and embrace new challenges.

Q. What do you enjoy most about working at the ADC?

A.  I most enjoy working with my colleagues. We have a great team dynamic, everyone is very helpful, and we can communicate
in an open and respectful way. I also enjoy ADC’s different team bonding activities such as our puzzle station, playing Connect
4 and monthly team lunches.

Q. If you could have a superpower, what would it be and why?

A. Flying with super-speed so that I can easily fly between Australia and my home in Munich, Germany.

Q. What are you most grateful for?

A. My family and friends.
