Accreditation evaluation framework – research update

In January and February this year, RAND Australia undertook focus groups with education provider staff and assessors to complete the phase 2 research on Understanding and evaluating the impact of dental program accreditation. This research aims to identify and measure how program accreditation, and the strategic work we do to support accreditation, helps produce competent and culturally safe dental practitioners ready to meet the community’s oral health needs.

The final research report will be released in the coming months, and we look forward to sharing the findings with you.
