Contacting the ADC

The ADC takes protecting our candidate’s personal information very seriously. When you call us, we ask you questions to make sure that you are you.

Unless you have authorised someone to speak on your behalf, we can only provide information to you. If you wish to nominate someone to speak on your behalf, please authorise them to do so by filling out the Authority To Act details in your ADC Connect profile.

If you are calling on behalf of a family member or partner, please let us know. We can give you general information about the ADC process, but nothing specific about the candidate you are calling us about. If we are not sure that you are who you say you are, we will let you know and then we will offer general information.
