Updating identification information

Before you can apply for and sit an ADC examination, whether written or practical, you need to have uploaded your identification information to your ADC Connect account. This identification information is a photograph and a current passport, which will be verified by our team. Your identification information must be valid for the entire application period, if it isn’t, you won’t be able to apply.

To assist you in the lead up to an examination period opening, we send out various emails to remind you to update your identification information, if it is expiring.

In addition, we are now sending a reminder six months, three months and one month before your photo or passport are due to expire. If you receive one of these emails, please update your identification as soon as you can.
