Workplace Reconciliation Barometer 2024

We are proud to be part of the Workplace Reconciliation Barometer, a valuable initiative conducted by Reconciliation Australia. This research aims to assess attitudes and perceptions of reconciliation among fixed-term employees within RAP (Reconciliation Action Plan) organisations. By participating in this barometer, we gain valuable insights into how reconciliation efforts can be strengthened within our workplace and beyond.

This research, led by Polity Research & Consulting, an independent social research agency, supports our ongoing commitment to fostering reconciliation and building stronger connections with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who participated in the barometer, helping us deepen our appreciation for these cultures and creating a more inclusive and respectful environment for all.
