ADC International (ADCI) is a leading independent authority in accreditation and assessment of health programs worldwide, with a particular focus on oral health.
The ADC is unable to receive or investigate complaints about registered dental practitioners. This page relates to complaints regarding the conduct of the ADC.
If you would like to raise a complaint about a registered dental practitioner, you can do so via the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra), Dental Council of NSW (for NSW practitioners), or via the Health Complaints Commissioner or Ombudsman in your state.
The ADC aims to provide the best customer service to candidates, education providers, and members of the community. We are committed to handling complaints regarding the conduct of the ADC in a fair and transparent manner, using what we learn to improve our services in the future.
We aim to acknowledge all complaints within five working days and send a substantive response within 15 working days. Should we need more time to investigate your concerns, we will let you know and ensure you are updated on a regular basis.

The ADC is committed to the highest standards of conduct and ethical behaviour in all our business activities and encourage reporting of behaviour that does not achieve this standard. The Whistleblower Policy facilitates the reporting of any suspected improper conduct within the ADC as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), including unethical or unlawful conduct.
