This is one source of information that helps us ensure accredited programs continue to meet the Australian Dental Council/Dental Council (New Zealand) Accreditation standards for dental practitioner programs (the Standards). The Standards help ensure only those dental practitioners trained and qualified to practise in a competent and ethical manner are eligible for registration in Australia.

Anonymous concerns
The ADC accepts anonymous concerns about programs. While anonymity can limit investigation, the ADC will assess whether sufficient information exists to proceed. If not, the concern is logged with no further action. In some cases, such as when supplementary evidence is available or supplied as part of the concern, or similar concerns are raised by multiple sources, investigation may be appropriate.

This form should be completed by anyone wishing to raise a concern in relation an ADC accredited program that may not meet one or more of the ADC/DC (NZ) Accreditation Standards for dental practitioner programs.
