Written examination overseas testing centres

As we previously advised, from March 2026, the ADC will now hold written examinations for Dental Hygienists, Dental Therapists, Combined Dental Hygienists and Dental Therapists and Dental Prosthetists in six hub locations around the world.

If you are based near Toronto, Singapore, London, Johannesburg, Sao Paulo or Dubai, you will now be able to sit the written examination in one of our hub locations.

Candidates will have the opportunity to choose a hub location after registering for the examination.

Of course, you are still welcome to come to Australia if you like – we love seeing you here.

Practical examination attendees will still need to come to Australia — that is not changing.
